Who We Are

We are Matmer, a sole practitioner accounting firm providing bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to owner managed businesses and not-for profit organisations/charities in the health and social care sector, in England. The above business entities mainly consist of individuals, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Through providing bookkeeping, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and tax expertise, we help and support our clients in their financial and business management to attain their aspirations and succeed. We are conscious of the need to help our clients in positively impacting their key stakeholders, who include customers, suppliers, employees and communities they serve.

Key Staff

The principal and key staff at Matmer are fully qualified members of their professional accountancy bodies.  They have the necessary skills, and experience relating to health and social care including the National Health Service (NHS), social housing and community services; charities, private sector, accountancy and consulting services experience.  At Matmer, we naturally have a culture of ongoing learning and improvement, helping us to provide our clients with innovative and pragmatic help and support.

How We Are Regulated

Matmer Accounting Services is licenced and regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) to provide specific accountancy services in the United Kingdom.  The practice is regulated to ensure it complies with AAT’s Practice Assurance Standards, AAT’s Code of Professional Ethics, Anti Money Laundering legislation, and other relevant legislation.
